Nerds Without Pants Episode 134: NWP Royal Rumble

Someone went over the top rope...

Welcome to a bittersweet episode of Nerds Without Pants! It may be one of our best episodes of the year, but we’re missing Patrick as we discuss what music the Pantsless Ones would strut out to the wrestling ring with. We also have a couple somber announcements, so this is certainly an episode you should not miss. We love you all!

Human Tanks, Charge! War of the Human Tanks Review

Fable Heroes Review

If you want a beat-'em-up, go buy The Simpsons.

The cornerstone of the Fable series, starting with the very first game, was to bring some degree of innovation to the RPG formula. Puppetized versions of the cast make their way through the bright and cheery fabric version of Albion, killing a variety of equally colorful enemies. However, devoid of any challenge or strategy, Fable Heroes serves very little purpose and offers almost nothing to appreciate.

This Japanese classic finally comes to America and just in time for holiday get-togethers!

Marooned in Japan for two decades, Nintendo and Square Enix finally have seen it fit to bring the Itadaki Street series to North America in the form of Fortune Street for the Wii. Despite the series piquing my interest after the strong reception of the DS version in Japan, it's largely been a mystery to me. Now that I've had a formal introduction to the series, I can say that it's been well worth the wait. Cozying up more closely to Monopoly than Mario Party, Fortune Street is the perfect game to play with a group of friends and/or family members, even if they're not fans of video games.
